Violin by Peter Boardman, Donaghadee 2023
This instrument is based on the work of Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesù. Copied from his "Il Canone" violin, once played by Niccolò Paganini.
It is fully antiqued, with boxwood fittings and a bone nut. It is golden in colour and plays very well, with a great open tone across the range.
